These Terms of Service govern your use of the SlimProRx website and telehealth services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
Telehealth Consultations
SlimProRx provides access to licensed physicians who conduct telehealth consultations. Treatment is only prescribed following a complete medical review. Telehealth is not a substitute for emergency care; in an emergency, call 911.
Eligibility & Medical Review
Completing our evaluation does not guarantee a prescription. A physician will determine whether treatment is medically appropriate based on the information you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate health information.
Prescription Fulfillment
Prescriptions are dispensed by licensed pharmacies and shipped discreetly. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. You must be of legal age and physically located in a state where we operate.
Subscription & Billing
Our plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not entitle you to a refund for the current period unless otherwise required by law.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of medication, refunds cannot be issued once a prescription has been dispensed or shipped. If you have an issue with your order, please contact support and we will work to resolve it.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use the platform lawfully, refrain from sharing prescriptions, and consult your physician before making any changes to your medication. Follow all dosing instructions provided by your physician.
